·Guarantee
When the model is customer’s original design, we will neither show it at any trade show, nor show to other customers. We would keep customer’s name as a secret, so do not ask what company we do there, because we do not want your final customer or competitor know what you buy from us or what price you got from us.
·Quality Control
We check all the process of production, checking the purchasing of material, which day to start cutting materials, confirming pre-production sample, roduction speed, packing, till shipping out of factory. If any problem, we will immediately correct, or replace, buy new material, re-produce at any cost. Of course, we will keep the customer updated of any new information of your order.
·Samples
It takes 2-7 days for urgent samples when materials and colors are easy to source in market. Samples are free of charge for 2-3pcs, but we need your courier A/C No. to send samples. Samples you need above 3pcs should be purchased at the street price(＄13-＄18/each). Also, we welcome you to send samples to copy. Can put your own logo, label, hangtags...
·Minimum Order Quantity
Depending on raw materials and its color availability from market stock, it is near impossible to cancel MOQ. However, we’ll try, sample orders and small orders can be acceptable, but handling cost will be higher. For more, please contact us.
·Delivery Time
For promotion, the delivery is super important and we respect all our promise. It takes in general 15-25days based on clients’ approval the samples for regular order. For big quantity such as 100000pcs, when delivery is urgent, we will produce in 2-3 factories and ship within requested time (35-50 days). For small quantity, if the color of material is available immediately, within 10-15 days the goods can be ready, if material in that color is not available immediately, and needs purchasing, it takes 15-20 days. We will try our best to satisfy. We are controlling better and better the delivery these years although promotional orders allow shorter and shorter time.
·Shipping
Most of the goods are shipped from Shanghai port, some from Ningbo port.
As per clients’ requirements, by courier, air or sea at freight collect or freight prepaid. Meanwhile, clients’ appointed forwarder or our own cooperated forwarder is available.
·Payment term
T/T, L/C at sight or West Union is acceptable.

Nowadays, we do 90% biz by T/T rather than L/C, as it takes more time to check L/C in bank, and the charges become more and more expensive. Since customer needs simple term & low price to compete, we prefer simple and fast payment-T/T. By T/T, we need 30% deposit, balance before shipment and after goods being ready, or against copy of B/L. And we are flexible to different customer for different trust grade from different country.
